We are seeking highly organized, results-driven Project Management Professionals to lead projects, optimize PMO functions, and drive business transformation.

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Project Managers, Program Managers, and PMO professionals to oversee and manage diverse projects within client organizations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define project scope, manage resources, track deliverables, and implement best-in-class PMO strategies. Candidates will also play a pivotal role in business process improvements, executive recruiting for project teams, and facilitating talent development.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project planning, defining objectives, scope, and deliverables.

• Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies to ensure projects stay on track.

• Develop and implement PMO frameworks, optimizing project governance and reporting.

✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate across teams to align resources, manage risks, and drive execution.

• Foster strong relationships with executives, sponsors, and external partners.

• Provide strategic insights for talent acquisition, executive recruiting, and succession planning.

✔ Data-Driven Decision Making

• Use HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro) and project management tools for tracking project performance.

• Develop KPI-driven dashboards to monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• Conduct risk assessments and process optimizations to drive continuous improvement.

✔ PMO & Business Strategy Alignment

• Design and implement PMO best practices to enhance project execution.

• Ensure alignment between project initiatives and business objectives to maximize ROI.

• Participate in contract negotiations and vendor management to optimize partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in project or program management within IT, HR, Finance, Healthcare, or Government.

• Strong skills in PMO development, employee relations, executive recruiting, and succession planning.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana).

• Proven relationship management across stakeholders, executive teams, and cross-functional departments.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Certification(s) preferred: PMP®, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), ITIL, or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $45.03 - $60.18 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift

• 8 hour shift

• Choose your own hours

• On call

Work Location: Remote or On-Site depending on contract
